Leasing Consultant
Reporting to the Property Manager, the Leasing Consultant is responsible for effectively leasing and marketing efforts of the property.
Maintenance Technician
Provide assistance and support to the Maintenance Supervisor in all areas of property maintenance as well as act as the maintenance supervisor in his/her absence.
Maintenance Supervisor
Directly responsible to the Property Manager regarding all day to day maintenance for the property. The Maintenance Supervisor is the coordinator and supervisor of the maintenance program and project maintenance personnel.
Assistant Property Manager
The Assistant Manager is responsible for effectively computing, classifying and recording numerical data to keep financial records complete while assisting with the leasing, marketing and resident relations for the community.
